3. Select Your Shared Note

When you are in the messages section on Instagram, you will see the notes section at the top. You will see your shared note at first, tap on it.

4. Delete Note

When you select your shared note by following the above step, you will be able to see two options:

• Leave a new note
• Delete note

You want to tap on "Delete note" to delete your shared note on Instagram.
